District All-Nighter 2025

The District All-Nighter is back, better than before, and once again open to ALL of our 100+ churches and youth ministries across the district:

This year we are grateful to be hosting the opening rally for the District All-Nighter at 8pm on Friday, February 21st, 2025 at Pine Hills Church (4704 Carroll Rd., Fort Wayne, IN 46818). Doors open and registration begins at 6:30pm (with a pre-Rally starting at 7:45pm). In addition to a message and time of worship, the rally will also include the usual assortment of games and giveaways as well as pizza and drinks prior to our departure to various venues later in the night, which this year include: Parkview Ice House, Crazy Pinz, Ultrazone, Laser X, and an Open Gym. We will be concluding the final group activities at 6am on Saturday morning, the same time as in years past.

 

A few notes regarding registration: This year all students must register online at: https://districtallnighter2025.eventbrite.com. The early bird registration price for the 2025 All-Nighter is $50/student if students register online by 11:59pm Fri., Jan. 31st, (otherwise the price is $55/student for students who register online after that). 

 

When your students register online, they have two options: they can either pay online with a debit or credit card (this option will include about a $5 additional charge per ticket for processing fees), or they can elect to pay via cash or check to you, and your church can submit one check to district youth (which should still be mailed to Lane Sander and postmarked by Sat., February 1st). Either way they MUST register online, even if they are making payment to the church. When sending those early bird payments, please be sure to send a master list with the names of those students and the money for the early bird registration (one check from each group is preferred to cash or multiple checks if at all possible) to: Pastor Lane Sander, Sonlight Wesleyan Church, 2350 S. St. Rd. 1, Bluffton, IN 46714 (Please make checks payable to “Crossroads District Youth”). We are still accepting registrations the night of the event at the $55/student price, although it is preferential that those students register and pay online at your church prior to heading to the event that evening.

 

Note: Adults (including group leaders) must also register online, although there is no need to submit early payment for adults. As was the case in years past, each group receives (1) free adult registration for every six students (example: 1 for 6 or less, 2 for 7-12, 3 for 13-18, etc.). Each adult after that is $50/each at the door.

 

On the night of the event, please bring a master list with all of your students’ names that are attending the event (this will streamline registration considerably).
