Church Treasurer and Additional Signatory

Please provide the names, email addresses, and phone numbers of your appointed treasurer and additional signatory. In order to open a bank account for your church, these individuals must be approved by the Crossroads District Board of Administration. These individuals should not be related to you or each other, and should be trustworthy and dependable.

If you are being launched as a developing church plant (Discipline p. 510) and do not have those individuals identified yet, or if you are being launched as an established church (Discipline p. 518) you may skip this question. However, all developing church signatories must be approved by the DBA before you will be able to establish a bank account.
